For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout the document regardless of whether the defined term is used in singular or plural form.

Access to and use of the sga123 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times during your membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continuously thereafter.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of a third party for the purpose of wagering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of sga123 or any of its associated companies, gaming studios, or payment partners, without prior written consent.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

sga123 operates as an internationally licensed platform. It is the member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in their country or territory of residence. sga123 accepts no liability for any member who accesses the platform in contravention of local laws.

To access wagering products on sga123, you must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

1. All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid mobile number, and email address — is accurate and up to date.
2. You will promptly notify sga123 of any change to your registration details by contacting support at [email protected].
3. You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — and will not share them with any third party.
4. You are the sole authorised user of your account.
5. You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by sga123 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

One Account Policy: Each individual may maintain only one active account on the sga123 platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

sga123 is required to verify the identity and age of all members prior to processing withdrawal requests above Rp 500.000 or as otherwise triggered by our compliance protocols. KYC verification is a standard industry requirement designed to protect members and prevent financial crime.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP / NIK)
• Valid Indonesian Passport
• Indonesian Driver's Licence (SIM)

In addition to identity documentation, sga123 may request proof of payment method ownership — for example, a photograph of the bank passbook front page or a screenshot of the e-wallet registered in your name — to confirm that deposits and withdrawals are conducted through accounts you personally own.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 calendar days of a request being issued will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed. sga123 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing on any account where KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided.

5.1 Deposits. sga123 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, subject to minimum and maximum limits that are published on the platform's cashier page and updated from time to time:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. 5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Processing timeframes are as follows:

• Bank Transfer: Within 1–3 business hours during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for the next processing window.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically within 15–60 minutes during active processing hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

1. The member's account must be fully KYC-verified for withdrawals exceeding Rp 500.000.

3. A minimum of one deposit transaction must have been completed prior to the first withdrawal request.

2. Validity Period: Bonuses expire at the date and time stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the account balance without notice.

5. sga123's Discretion: sga123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, where a legitimate operational, legal, or compliance reason exists for doing so.
6. Bonus Abuse: Any member found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or collusion with other members — will have all bonus credits and associated winnings forfeited and their account reviewed for potential closure.

The following general wagering rules apply to all betting products available on the sga123 platform. Product-specific rules — for sports betting (including mix parlay, accumulator, and in-play markets), togel draws, live casino tables, and slot games — are available in the respective product sections of the platform.

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the platform. sga123 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product, event, and market. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Manifest Errors: sga123 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or on terms that were published as a result of a manifest or palpable error (e.g., a decimal odds figure with an obvious typographic error). Members will be notified and refunded the stake amount of any voided wager within 24 hours WIB.
• Abandoned Events: Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach its natural conclusion, the settlement rules applicable to that sport and market type — as published on the platform — will govern whether bets are settled, refunded, or carried over.
• Result Disputes: All game and event results are final as determined by the relevant official governing body or, in the case of casino games, by the certified RNG output from the licensed game studio. sga123 does not overturn settled results except in cases of demonstrated technical malfunction.
• sga123's odds, lines, and game mathematics are reviewed and updated continuously. No historical odds constitute a guarantee of future pricing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sga123 platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and — where appropriate — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Colluding with other members — including in live poker or live dealer games — to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Money laundering — using the sga123 platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds without genuine wagering intent, for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds.
• Engaging in charge-backs or disputed payment claims with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith after wagers have been placed.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sga123 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts or platform infrastructure without authorisation.

sga123 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banking institutions, e-wallet providers, or payment gateways outside sga123's control.
• Actions taken by third parties that result in unauthorised access to a member's account, where sga123 has taken reasonable security precautions.
• Any decision made by a member in reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit sga123's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12.1 Termination by the Member. You may close your sga123 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Prior to processing an account closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be disbursed to your registered payment account, provided all applicable KYC and withdrawal conditions are satisfied.

12.2 Termination by sga123. sga123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• A request from a relevant law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• A member's voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
• Inactivity — an account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative closure, with any remaining balance retained for a further 12 months before being forfeited.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure — whether initiated by the member or by sga123 — all licence rights granted to you under Clause 10 are immediately revoked. Any outstanding bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are voided at the point of closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sga123 holds its international operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between sga123 and a member, the parties agree to the following resolution process:

1. Informal Resolution: The member should first raise the dispute directly with our support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. sga123 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days WIB.
2. Escalation: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by sga123's licensing authority.
3. Final Resolution: Any unresolved dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits a member's statutory consumer rights under the applicable laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

sga123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as a member — will be communicated to you by one or more of the following methods:

• An in-platform notification displayed upon your next login following the change.
• An email notification to the address registered to your account.
• A notice published on this page, with the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the sga123 platform after notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure and any eligible balance withdrawal.

Minor corrections — such as typographical fixes, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any clause — may be made without prior notice.
